Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Unplod, a purchase-order automation service provided by Sunegg Games, LLC. Unplod is a brand of Sunegg Games, LLC. By using Unplod, you agree to these Terms.

Cookies and optional marketing

Our Privacy Policy explains cookies and optional website marketing. Accepting these Terms or using Unplod does not grant optional marketing consent. You can accept, reject or withdraw that consent separately in Cookie settings.

The service

  • Unplod helps businesses process forwarded purchase-order emails, extract PO data, review extracted information, and create approved orders in connected WooCommerce stores.
  • The service may include AI-assisted extraction, classification, validation, product matching, billing, account management, and integrations you choose to connect.
  • AI-assisted output can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing and approving orders before they are sent to WooCommerce or used in your business records.

Extraction limitations and retries

  • We do not guarantee that every purchase order, email, attachment, format, or individual field can be extracted, classified, matched, or processed successfully. Legibility, document quality, layout, language, missing information, file restrictions, and service or provider limitations may affect results.
  • Extraction attempts are limited on both trial and paid plans to protect service reliability and prevent abuse. Current limits and processing feedback are shown in the service. Resending or renaming the same document, changing plans, or converting from a trial does not reset its attempt history.
  • Exact duplicate documents that were already processed may be identified before extraction and linked to the existing review item without another extraction attempt or processed-PO charge. If a duplicate cannot be proven until after extraction, the extraction attempt may still count, but the duplicate does not create another processed-PO charge when we can confidently match it to a prior PO.
  • An unsuccessful extraction attempt does not itself count as a successfully processed PO, but may consume a processing attempt. Pending or unresolved work may temporarily reserve PO capacity. Subscription fees are not contingent on successful extraction of every submitted document.
  • If extraction fails or reaches its attempt limit, you may need to provide a clearer or corrected source document, correct available review data yourself, or contact support. Additional attempts or successful extraction are not guaranteed. Review all available output before approving an order.

PO document and email limits

  • Standard processing limits are 20 pages and 10 MiB (10,485,760 bytes) per PO document, and 5 attachments with a combined total of 50 pages per email. Lower configured file-size limits and email-delivery limits may also apply.
  • Each attachment occurrence counts toward the email limits, including repeated copies of the same file. PDF pages are counted from the document; Word and Excel pages are counted from their rendered print layout. Spreadsheet page counts may differ from worksheet counts. Non-paginated attachments count as one page toward the email total.
  • If any attachment exceeds a document limit, or the email exceeds an attachment or total-page limit, the entire email is rejected before PO extraction. We do not truncate documents or process only the attachments that fit. These rejected emails consume no processed-PO allowance. Paginated files whose page count cannot be verified, including encrypted or unreadable files, are also rejected.
  • For emails received by PO Assistant and rejected by these checks, the PO Queue shows a Blocked status with the reason and guidance. Send fewer complete PO documents per email or a shorter complete document. An email rejected by an upstream email-delivery service may not appear in the PO Queue.
  • Each distinct PO successfully extracted into a review item counts separately toward the applicable PO allowance, including multiple POs attached to one email. Pages and email count are not billing units. Failed, non-PO, duplicate and unconfirmed uncertain submissions do not count as successfully processed POs. Demo processing retains its separate non-billable allowance.
  • Contact [email protected] to discuss more than 1,200 POs per month or requirements beyond the standard document and email limits. Contacting us does not automatically increase limits or guarantee an exception.

Accounts and access

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account and for ensuring your users comply with these Terms.
  • You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized account access or credential compromise.

Customer content

  • You retain ownership of purchase orders, emails, attachments, product data, customer records, store data, and other content you submit to Unplod.
  • You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, secure, and otherwise use customer content to provide and improve the service.
  • You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit customer content and connect third-party services to Unplod.

Acceptable use

  • You may not use Unplod to violate law, infringe rights, send malware, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or process content you do not have permission to process.
  • You may not reverse engineer, scrape, resell, overload, or bypass limits or security controls except as allowed by law or by a written agreement with us.
  • You are responsible for configuring forwarding rules, WooCommerce credentials, users, and approvals in a safe and authorized way.

Billing

  • Paid plans, trials, prices, billing intervals, taxes, and renewal terms are shown at checkout or in the billing portal.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to the plan you select unless you cancel before renewal.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

Third-party services

  • Unplod may interoperate with third-party services such as WooCommerce, Stripe, email infrastructure, hosting providers, database providers, security providers, and AI/document-processing providers.
  • Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
  • You are responsible for maintaining valid third-party credentials and permissions for integrations you choose to connect.

Availability and changes

  • We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
  • We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features when needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, product improvement, or business reasons.
  • We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, or fail to pay amounts due.

Disclaimers and limits

  • The service is provided as is and as available to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of AI-assisted or extracted output to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunegg Games, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sunegg Games, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your customer content, integrations, use of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the service, by email, or by another reasonable method. Your continued use of Unplod after updated Terms become effective means you accept them.
